SYNOPSIS
PANORAMIC VIEW is a 21-minute documentary that celebrates the life and work of Francine Tint, a gutsy and passionate abstract expressionist painter. At 81, Tint reflects on her lifelong commitment to painting, from her Brooklyn childhood and early career as a top NYC stylist, to her struggles in the male-dominated abstract art world, to her immersion in the vibrant New York clubs of the 80s and 90s.
With humor, candor and an original jazz soundtrack, Francine shares her creative journey, while art critics weigh in on the legacy she leaves behind.
